Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide (and internationally if listed at checkout).

Processing time: Orders are packed and sent within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times: Standard delivery is usually 5-7 business days within Australia. Delays with couriers are outside our control, but we’ll always help track your order.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over $500.

Lost or delayed parcels: We’ll assist in resolving issues with couriers but cannot be held responsible once the parcel leaves our hands.
